01Who we are
NavyExporter.com (“NavyExporter”, “we”) presents a platform concept for lawful naval workforce recruitment, maritime training, workforce development and readiness services. For privacy questions, contact Mr. Digant Sharma at im@digantsharma.com or +91-9769999960.
02What the website collects
The website itself does not use accounts, analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, and it has no database of visitors.
Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may record standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — for security and reliability. These logs are controlled by the hosting provider under its own terms and are not used by us to identify visitors.
03Enquiries you send us
The enquiry form checks your entries in your browser and then opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. The form does not transmit or store anything on our servers; information reaches us only if you choose to send that email, or if you call or email us directly.
When you contact us we receive the information you choose to include — typically your name, organisation, country, role, email address, phone number and message.
Please do not send identity documents, medical information or other sensitive personal data. We will never ask for them by email.
04How we use your information
- To read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
05Legal basis and applicable law
We process enquiry information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you, and in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies, and the law of other jurisdictions where relevant.
07Retention and security
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed for the purpose it was sent and any legal obligations, and then delete it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, while recognising that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
08Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Contact us using the details above; if you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform develops, for example if a secure enquiry system is introduced. The date at the top shows the latest version.
