ArmyExporter.com, NavyExporter.com and DefenceExporter.com are presented as related vertical concepts, not as legally affiliated companies.

03No government affiliation or endorsement

NavyExporter is not a government body and is not owned, operated, affiliated with or endorsed by any government, ministry, navy or international organisation. The website does not use government seals, official naval insignia or official emblems. References to laws, treaties and official publications do not imply any relationship with the bodies concerned.

04Not a private military or security company

NavyExporter does not provide military or security services, does not employ, command or deploy armed personnel, and does not recruit for private actors, armed groups or participation in hostilities outside a state’s lawful armed forces. Recruitment, appointment, enlistment, command and deployment decisions belong exclusively to the relevant sovereign government.
